WHO I AM

I'm a psychologist with a University degree from the UNC, Argentina.

I have experience in clinical psychotherapy, neuropsychology, mental and physical disabilities and mindfulness training.

My training was focused on contextual behavioural therapies and my work frame is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),a simple point of view that can be used as a life guide and teaches psychological flexibility.

​

My life point of view and philosophy are based on buddhism, particularly, zen and lotus sutra buddhism. When I understood that "life is a continuum of present moments" I could let go of the constant battle to change my feeling and thoughts, and started living my present as it comes and not as my mind told me it was.


My mission is to help you to take some distance from your thoughts and the story they tell you, stop fighting with unpleasant emotions and move towards what's meaningful to you in order to help you build your happiness.
